Our Objectives...
1. To build a strong and viable club that those who love theatre in all it's facets will be proud to belong to
2. To provide fair and just club governance where consensus and harmony dominate decision making
3. To give, as far as is possible, every member equal opportunity to have their say and contribute their talent without prejudice or elitism
Our Aims...
1. To produce and stage plays in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
2. To provide opportunities for adults and young people of all ages to learn English the fun way through drama
3. To promote live theatre through plays, drama workshops and school drama classes
Hopefully we can attract more people who have a love of theatre to join us and make a synergy that will grow and strengthen our Club into a great force for amateur theatre in Hong Kong
We are already planning a production of Educating Rita (see under Plays - Upcoming. This is a definite act of faith as we don't even know where we can put on this play or how we can attract an audience of any size - anyway we have to wait until we know whether our application for registration is successful or not
